S&T Sales — Employee Sales Enablement Application

This Privacy Policy describes how S&T Engineers Pvt. Ltd. ("the Company", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information through the S&T Sales mobile application ("the App"). The App is provided exclusively for employees and authorised personnel of S&T Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and its group companies.

Information We Collect

When you use the App, we may collect the following categories of information:

Account Information — name, employee ID, email address, designation, department, and profile photo as provided during onboarding.
Device Information — device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and FCM tokens for push notifications.
Location Data — GPS coordinates collected during material check-in and check-out to verify field activity. Location is collected only when you interact with materials.
Usage Data — screens visited, materials viewed, downloads initiated, and timestamps, used to improve the App and track engagement.
Uploaded Content — profile images or other files you voluntarily upload through the App.

How We Use Your Information

To authenticate your identity and provide access to sales materials, brochures, presentations, and other company resources.
To record material check-in and check-out activities with location verification.
To deliver push notifications about new materials, updates, and company events.
To generate attendance and activity reports for internal HR and management review.
To maintain and improve the App's performance, security, and user experience.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

Internal Use — with authorised management and HR personnel within S&T Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and its group companies for operational purposes.
Service Providers — with trusted third-party services (such as Firebase for analytics and notifications) that assist in operating the App, subject to confidentiality agreements.
Legal Compliance — when required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured servers and protected using industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. We retain your data for as long as your employment relationship with the Company is active, and thereafter as required by applicable laws and HR policies.

Downloaded Materials

Certain materials downloaded through the App may contain watermarks identifying the user for security and intellectual property protection. Downloaded files are stored in the device's public Downloads folder. You are responsible for safeguarding downloaded company materials in accordance with your employment agreement and the Company's confidentiality policies.

Push Notifications

The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications about new materials, updates, and events. You may manage notification preferences through your device settings. Disabling notifications does not affect other App functionality.

Account Deletion

Important: The account deletion process is governed by and subject to the HR policy of S&T Engineers Pvt. Ltd. Employee accounts are managed as part of the Company's internal systems and cannot be independently deleted through the App.

As part of the onboarding process, all employees acknowledge and accept the Company's HR policies, which include provisions governing the creation, management, and deletion of employee accounts across Company applications, including the S&T Sales app.

Account deletion is processed in accordance with the following:

Requests for account deletion must be submitted through the Company's HR department.
Account deletion is typically processed upon separation from employment (resignation, retirement, or termination), in accordance with the Company's exit procedures.
Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed or anonymised, except where retention is required by law, regulatory obligations, or legitimate business interests.
The timeline for account deletion is determined by the Company's HR policies and applicable notice periods.

By using the App, you confirm that you have accepted these terms as part of your employment onboarding with S&T Engineers Pvt. Ltd.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable laws and Company HR policies, you may:

Request access to the personal data held about you.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Raise concerns about data handling with the Company's HR department.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended solely for use by employees and authorised personnel of S&T Engineers Pvt. Ltd. It is not directed at individuals under the age of 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the App or via internal company channels. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
